Spirit Science Episode 1: Thoughts

Image

The first in a web series I enjoy and am reposting episode by episode on occasion in the hopes you will as well.

You can have, do, or be, ANYTHING you want.

In the debut episode of this new series, this week Patchman dives into the unknown by discussing a very simple topic. Thoughts, Emotions, and the power that they bestow upon you. Or rather, how you can empower yourself to live in the moment by controlling your thoughts and emotions, and guiding yourself the way that you want to be guided, rather than allowing modern society to tell you how to feel and what to think.

Just as you create your own reality, we are also co-creating our realities together. We are a collective! As a community, a city, a country, and a species, we decide where we want to go and how we want to flow. It is up to us to decide what happens next in the epic tale that is the human race, but change has to start from an individual level.

Here is the video, 12 minutes.

  1. Although the sound does not work in my computer, I think the visual images are expressing a lot that we can learn from..
There is a saying: ” You are what you think, you are your thoughts” The more we think about how powerful thoughts are, we will choose our thoughts more selectively. We will become better individuals, and better members of Humanity.

    1. Susan, check your youtube player to see if the volume is up. At the bottom left next to the play button is what looks like a little speaker icon, if it has an x over it, click it and make sure to drag the volume toggle switch next to it to the right. Sometimes I think there’s a problem with my sound and I just have it on mute.

take care. We are working on your art piece for the show and it’s coming along. I will have more to show and report this coming week! We very much look forward to having you on, what a fascinating interview we had.
